The Help22 Board of Directors combines individuals with long experience and deep expertise in psychiatry and life coaching, military service, media, public relations, politics, philanthropy and business. Our Board of Directors works with a Core Team of individuals with administrative, marketing and creative talents.

Commander Kirk Lippold, USN (Ret.)
Commander Kirk Lippold, USN (Ret.) was the Commanding Officer of the USS Cole when it came under a suicide terrorist attack by al Qaeda in the port of Aden, Yemen. During his command, he and his crew distinguished themselves by saving the American war ship from sinking. This event is widely recognized as one of the most brazen acts of terrorism by al Qaeda prior to September 11, 2001. With this unique and invaluable experience, Commander Lippold has briefed over 7,000 military officers, 3,000 federal and state law enforcement officers, and given over 500 presentations on this seminal event in the war on terrorism.
Commander Lippold graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and received his commission in the Navy in 1981. He chose Surface Warfare as his career path and has served aboard a tank landing ship, as well as Aegis cruisers and destroyers on both the east and west coasts of the United States. He attended the Navy Postgraduate School where he received a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and is also a 1994 graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College, as well as a 2001 graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College.
Commander Kirk Lippold's personal awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit (three awards), Meritorious Service Medal (three awards), Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Commendation Medal (two awards), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy Achievement Medal (two awards), in addition to various campaign and service ribbons.
Following retirement from the Navy in June 2007, Commander Lippold founded Lippold Strategies, LLC; a private consulting firm specializing in executive leadership development, crisis management, and national security policy. He has also appeared on every major news network speaking about critical national security issues.
Dr. Keith Ablow
Keith Ablow, practiced psychiatry for over 25 years before developing his own life coaching, mentoring and spiritual counseling system. He has helped thousands of adults and adolescents across the United States, Europe and in Asia, including CEOs, elected officials, professional athletes and world-renown artists.
Keith is a graduate of Brown University and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He served for years as an instructor and assistant clinical professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Keith is an award-winning New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of numerous books on developing self-esteem, building success and overcoming depression, anxiety disorders and other psychological challenges. He co-authored the New York Times bestselling self-help book The 7 Wonders, as well as authoring Living the Truth and 13 other books. He is a sought-after speaker and has appeared over 1,000 times on The Today Show, Oprah, Good Morning America, the Fox News Channel, CBS This Morning, Inside Edition and many other national television programs.

Christian Josi
Christian Josi is the Founder and Managing Director of C. Josi & Company, a global communications resource firm based in Virginia Beach and Washington, and Principal of SLAYMEDIA, based in same.
He is a leading communications advisor, author, and a veteran of center-right / libertarian politics and non-profit management. In a parallel existence, he is an internationally known recording artist with five albums to his credit and a host of guest appearances on other artists’ recordings over the course of a 30 year career. Josi is a songwriter, music and documentary film producer, and frequent opinion columnist for a variety of publications on a variety of subjects.
He recently co-authored "Trump Your Life: 25 Life Lessons From the Ups and Downs of our 45th President" with famed psychiatrist, life coach and media personality Dr. Keith Ablow. It hits shelves in June of 2020. While he generally eschews social media (“That stuff’s gonna ruin your life”), he can be reached via LinkedIn.
William (Bill) Fidler
William (Bill) Fidler is currently Managing Partner at All In Advisors, LLC since July 2015 and Chairman of the Board of RGA Enterprises, Inc. in Charlotte, NC since December 2016. He was President and CEO of Brenntag North America from January 2006 to October 2013. Additionally, he was a Member of the Board of Management of Brenntag AG, the world’s largest chemical distributor from 2011 to 2015. He had a 45 year career at Brenntag until his retirement in June 2015. He was voted as the NACD Distributor of the Year in 2013 and was a co- professor of Global Distribution for the MID class of 2017 at Texas A&M University.
Bill is President of the Board of Directors of Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center in Henderson, Ky dedicated to assisting those with special needs including our military vets in reaching their full potential thru interaction with horses.
He is also Chairman of the Advisory board of the Henderson boys and girls club, is on the Board of Directors of Hubbard Hall INC. In Waterbury, Connecticut, member of the Advisory Board of Batory Foods, former Chairman and current Board member of the Board of Darby Holdings LLC, current member of the Board of Visitors of High Point University and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Chemical Distributors and the Board of Henderson Community College.
